Essential Job Functions

• Design and build advanced applications for the Windows Phone platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience with one or both of Windows Phone and Windows 8 development in C# and XAML
• Deep understanding of MVVM and related patterns
• Working familiarity with HTML5/JavaScript development
• Working familiarity with iOS or Android development
• Experience building against JSON-over-HTTP APIs
• Experience with Windows 8 location APIs
• Fluency with source control in git and github
