Essential Job Functions 

• Lead the creation of an engaging, informative front-end experience for our products
• Design dashboards to provide transparency into our systems
• Build automated tests (Unit/Acceptance) and continuous integration workflows
• Staying up to speed on evolving technologies to improve the customer experience.
• Work closely with the Design/UX team to iterate on designs and user experience.
• Capture & interpret analytics to better understand user workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of web-dev with a love for pixel-perfect responsive design and smooth transitions.
• Experience with MVC frameworks, one of which you have a strong preference for.
• Use tools (like Grunt.js or Gulp.js) to automate JS concatenation and compression.
• Can pick up different languages, frameworks, and techniques with ease.
• Craves clean code filled with good design-patterns.
• Build browser-based automated testing suites.
• Fluent in Coffeescript and obsessively follows the evolution of CSS
• Fluency with source control in git and github
